where the symptom is weird prickling in the soles of your feet/palms/fingertips so it constantly feels like you’ve got something sharp stuck in them? lately i’ve been constantly paranoid i’ve walked on glass or something because whenever i go barefoot i get the exact feeling of having a shard of something stuck in my foot, like sort of itchy & a stabbing pain? but then when i look/run my nail over the spot, there’s nothing in there & it’s not really sore anymore? like phantom foreign bodies in extremities, wtf.

(is this a thing?? poor circulation maybe?? am i going mad?? WHY ARE MY FEET SO MAD WONKY, UGH.)
