That is bizarrrreeeeee. Tumblr does have a gif size limit of 1MB just incase you didn’t know and that’s the reason your gifs don’t work but otherwise yes, Tumblr definitely hates you.

it IS really weird! and yeah, i’ve tried with smaller gifs to see if that helps, and it really doesn’t? UGH, i feel like maybe i’m missing something really obvious, but i’ve tried everything anyone has ever suggested, & those two parts of tumblr are always not working for me! Y U NO LOVE ME, TUMBLR, I’VE GIVEN YOU NEARLY 5 YEARS OF MY LIFE FFS.
