I’ve ended up making two lots of red velvet cake this week, the cup cakes are redder but the cake’s batch of cream cheese icing was nicer (I HATE making icing, jsyk. It is a load of time consuming balls, and let’s all eat biscuits and non iced cake from now on the end.)
